The process begins with a thorough screening process that identifies your current health and fitness status, motivation and barriers to change. The plan from then on is bespoke to your individual needs to ensure you enjoy and feel the benefit of each and every session. Regular appraisals are scheduled to ensure you stay on track and everything is recorded to identify how much you have achieved. When working with Paul you are always looking forwards, goals are celebrated and new challenges are set regularly to ensure you stay stimulated and on track.
